Hi Dirk!
Long time since I posted, I am keeping up with your site however, my congrats on the new version.

Sorry to hear about the computer crash, sucks big time (I'm knocking on wood like a mad man as I'm typing this, don't want this happening to me (again:-)) )

I'm not that familiar with different disk imaging tools.
At one job, we used norton Ghost, also around $70, and that worked fine.

I think you can go the free (as in speech and beer) route by looking out for linux based imaging tools, as you don't really need the software to run on the same OS.
Haven't tested it first hand, but I've seen g4u (http://www.feyrer.de/g4u/) mentioned here and there. I reckon it might be worth a look before you fork out the bucks?

Concerning your site: I have noticed that the link on the home page to your diary points to diary.HTML while the link in the menu on the right points to diary.PHP, just so you know.
